She published and launched GIBÉBÉthe book in 2011 and has worked with various organizations to enable them achieve success through the book and framework.
Joyce is a well-known brand not only in Africa but in the global markets, having been selected out of thousands of applicants as one of three Kenyan representatives on the competitive business reality show, The Apprentice Africa, in 2008. She demonstrated superb Leadership and Project Management Skills and her diverse talents, creativity and energy made her popular. She still has a strong following with professionals across the African continent and leads as a visionary and innovator in various facets of business.
Drawing from over 10 years of corporate and business experience, Joyce’s expertise is in Training (Success, Career, Business, Leadership, Self-awareness, Communication & People skills) as well as Advisory in the areas of Branding, Innovation, Project Management, Product Development and Information Technology. In 2011, she had the honor of being selected as the opening speaker for Robin Sharma in Nairobi (one of the top leadership coaches in the world) and delivered a powerful three-hour presentation that was very well received.
