The Assignment: Since 2009, the bank has annually engaged CBI 360 in training senior and
middle management on leadership skills within the Group (Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda &
Tanzania).
CBI 360 has delivered the Leadership Development Programme to over 1500 management
and supervisory staff that has seen some of the managers who attended this training rise to
the positions of CEO in the Group Subsidiaries.
